The process

Step 1 – Search auction property online, print or request details.

Step 2 – Buyers can register their details online.

Step 3 – Bid online or alternatively call our auction team to place a bid on your behalf.

Step 4 – If your bid is successful you will be required to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of 2% of the final purchase price, which is in addition to the purchase price.

Step 5 – You are given 30 days to exchange contracts and a further 60 days to complete the purchase.

nu: move online property auction is a new and exciting way to sell your property online. It provides a unique and effective method of selling your property without the seller having to pay commission on sale of their property. The buyers’ non-refundable reservation fee covers the cost of selling.

The process

Step 1 – Contact our auction team via our website or by calling on 0330 223 0331. We will arrange a free valuation and explain the process further.

Step 2 – On acceptance of your property we will produce detailed particulars and list your property on our website.

Step 3 – We will erect a ‘For Sale by Auction’ board at your property.

Step 4 – Buyers will then be able to place bids on your property. The seller is safeguarded by an undisclosed ‘reserve price’, which is set before the property is placed in live auction.

Step 5 – On acceptance of a successful bid, contracts are exchanged within 30 days and completed 60 days later.
