Why choose nu-move to let your property?

As an online letting agent we do not have an expensive high street presence and we can afford to keep our overheads low. All of our prices are kept simple and are inclusive of vat, there are no hidden charges and we are fully transparent as to what is included in each letting package. We offer the same services as other letting agents, our fees allow you to save a huge amount of money in the process.

How do I instruct nu-move to let my property?

Letting your home online through nu-move is simple, select the letting package that suits your requirements and follow through the payment process. If you are unsure what letting package would benefit your property type our lettings team are available to assist you on 0330 223 0331. Our office hours are Monday to Sunday 8am until 8pm.

When do I pay my fees and how do I make payment?

Fees are payable in accordance to the letting package you have chosen via Debit/Credit card or your PayPal account. One off payments and upfront payments are due for payment immediately, the balance (monthly fees) where applicable will be collected from your original payment method via Debit/Credit card or your PayPal account and requires you to enter into an agreement to pay when the following occurs:

Will my property be on Rightmove?

We market all properties for a minimum term of 12 months on nu-move as well on our extensive network of over 700+ property websites including Rightmove, Primelocation, and Zoopla etc. depending on the letting package you have chosen.

How long does it take for my property to be listed online?

We aim to have your property listing ready for your approval within 5 working days of your instruction. One of our team will contact you to arrange a home visit and provide your free rental valuation. After your home visit we will finalise the details of your listing ready for your approval within 3 working days, and will then publish this online once you have confirmed you are happy with everything.

Who will visit my property? Do I have to take my own property photos?

A nu-move property expert will visit your property. All our property experts have local property knowledge and are qualified to take professional photos, floorplans and compile property descriptions. You can provide your own description and photos provided they are representative of your property which our property expert will confirm on the home visit. Property details are forwarded to landlords for review and approval before the details are submitted live online.

What documentation do you need from me?

Before we can put your listing online we will need your Gas Safety Certificate and an EPC, both of which we can organise for you. You will need to have a new Gas Safety Certificate completed every 12 months, as well as having regular boiler maintenance and servicing completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure that they are safe. We will also need proof of ownership from you.
